2009 PASS & TICKETING STRUCTURE
PASS INFORMATION
PASSES WILL GO ON SALE SOON.
The Star Pass is the elite first-class AFI DALLAS experience, featuring tickets to our world renowned Gala Premieres, plus admission to any regular screening and access to the Filmmaker Lounge.
Pass benefits include the following:
- One (1) invitation to the Opening Night Gala on March 26, 2009, subject to availability.
- One (1) invitation to the Texas Gala on April 3, 2009, subject to availability.
- Invitations to select parties during the Festival.
- One (1) AFI DALLAS swag bag
- Access for one (1) person to the Filmmaker Lounge.
- Admission for one (1) person to all Centerpiece Screenings and associated parties, subject to availability. Seating is limited. RSVP required.
- Admission for one (1) person with priority seating to all regular film screenings and panel discussions.
- Eligibility to purchase additional tickets in advance of public box office opening.
- One (1) official 2009 AFI DALLAS International Film Festival Program.
- This pass is non-transferable and requires a photo

- Access for one (1) person to the Filmmaker Lounge.
- Admission for one (1) person to all Centerpiece Screenings and associated parties, subject to availability. Seating is limited. RSVP required.
- Admission for one (1) person to all regular film screenings and panel discussions.
- Eligibility to purchase additional tickets in advance of public box office opening.
- One (1) official 2009 AFI DALLAS International Film Festival Program.
- This pass is non-transferable and requires a photo
The Festival Pass offers easy access to all screenings without requiring ticket selection.
Pass benefits include the following:
- Admission for one (1) person to all regular film screenings and panel discussions.
- Eligibility to purchase additional tickets in advance of public box office opening.

PASS-HOLDER POLICIES
An allotment of seats is reserved at every screening for pass-holders. Pass-holders must be seated 20 minutes prior to screening start time, or admittance cannot be guaranteed.
If your pass includes Gala access, RSVPS must be received by March 2.
Passes are non-transferable.

Tickets for AFI DALLAS go on sale on Wednesday, March 4, online, over the phone and at the Dallas Morning News Box Office at Victory Park and NorthPark Center.

Vouchers are ONLY available for sale at the Box Office; however vouchers may be redeemed at all AFI DALLAS Festival screening venues for a hard ticket. Vouchers can also be redeemed in the Rush Line for sold out screenings.
GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. You must be seated 20 minutes prior to screening time. After this time, remaining seats may be be sold.
WILL-CALL BEFORE THE FESTIVAL
Pick up your tickets early and avoid long lines! Advance will-call for tickets purchased online or by phone is available at the Box Office.
WILL-CALL DURING THE FESTIVAL
Tickets not picked up prior to the Festival and/or tickets purchased online or by phone during the Festival will be available at the theater ticket booths at the venue of your first screening. Please pick up your tickets one hour before your first screening.
SAME-DAY SALES
Same-day ticket sales are available exclusively at the AFI DALLAS theater ticket booths, depending on availability. Ticket booths open one (1) hour prior to the first screening at the theater. Same-day tickets will not be sold over the phone or online. Same-day sales are CASH OR VOUCHER ONLY.
REGULAR SCREENING RUSH TICKET SALES
Screenings for which advance tickets are no longer available will be listed as "Rush Line". Rush lines will form approximately one hour prior to scheduled screening time at the venue. Admission will begin five minutes before program start time on a space-available basis. CASH OR VOUCHERS ONLY; admission is not guaranteed.
Note: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. You must be seated 20 minutes prior to screening time. After this time ticket holders will NOT be guaranteed a seat, and remaining seats will be sold. Films not in English are presented in their original language with English subtitles, except where otherwise stated. Festival films are not rated; festivalgoers should exercise discretion.
